- The Xiaomi SU7 has made a strong market debut with sales exceeding 7,000 units in its first month. Infineon's CoolSiC power modules, known for their high-temperature adaptability, have significantly enhanced the vehicle's performance.

- For the Xiaomi SU7 Max, Infineon will provide two 1200 V HybridPACK Drive G2 CoolSiC modules, along with a range of products including EiceDRIVER™ gate drivers and over ten microcontrollers to meet Xiaomi's diverse application needs.
