XC5VFX70T-1FF1136C FPGA chip is manufactured by 65nm technology, which provides high-performance logic implementation and system-level integration functions. 

It features up to 740 DSP48E1 slices and is capable of providing up to 930 GMAC signal processing power. The chip also integrates up to 1,066Mb/s of DDR3 memory 

and supports SODIMMs. In addition, it has more than 200 DMIP MicroBlaze processors for microcontroller, real-time processor or application processor configurations. 

The chip also features a 50% reduction in total power consumption compared to the previous generation, and offers low-power performance options in the 13K-2,000K 

logic unit range.
