MAX494MJD/883

MAX494MJD/883 is a radiation-tolerant, quad, low-voltage, differential line driver designed for high-speed communication systems. It operates from a single +3V to +5.5V supply and delivers a typical differential output swing of 350mV from a 3.3V supply over a wide 4kΩ to 75Ω load range. The MAX494MJD/883 features a 700ps typical propagation delay with both positive and negative overdrive and offers a data rate of 700Mbps. Its highly robust design enables it to endure the harsh conditions of space and other radiation-prone environments, making it an ideal choice for satellite communication systems, spacecraft, and other space-related applications. The device is offered in a small 16-pin ceramic DIP package and operates over the extended -55°C to +125°C temperature range, making it suitable for use in a wide variety of demanding operating conditions. With its stellar performance and robustness, the MAX494MJD/883 is the perfect choice for high-reliability communication systems.
