· Includes a digital clock Manager (DCM) and phase-locked loop (PLL) clock generator that supports zero-delay buffering, frequency synthesis, and clock phase shifting.

· Provides 36-Kbit block RAM/FIFO with support for true dual-port RAM blocks and enhanced optional FIFO logic.

· Contains 25 x 18 DSP48E slices with support for optional adders, subtracters, accumulators, and optional pipeline and bit logic functions.

· Support 1.2 to 3.3V I/O operation with source synchronization interface and digital control impedance (DCI) activity termination.

· Provide thermal monitoring and power monitoring inside and outside the chip, as well as JTAG access to all monitoring quantities.

· Supports PCI Express design and supports high-speed serial connections from 150 Mb/s to 6.5 Gb/s.
