The FPGA comes in a compact 144-TFBGA, CSPBGA package and is surface-mounted when installed. The integrated circuit are programmable within the system and provide at least 10,000 programming/erase cycles, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet changing system requirements. The device has 54V18 function blocks and provides 3,200 usable gates. It also has 144 macro units and 117 I/O options. In addition, FPGA has a fast latency of 5 ns, enabling fast signal processing and enhancing overall system performance. The operating voltage range of the CPLD is 3V to 3.6V, and the operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C, which is optimized for efficiency and energy saving.
