The AD7699BCPZRL7 from Analog Devices Inc. is an 8-channel, 16-bit, 500 kSPS PulSAR® ADC with a single supply operation. This adc device is designed for multi-channel, 

low-power data acquisition systems and includes a true 16-bit SAR ADC without code loss, an 8-channel multiplexer for input configuration, an internal 4.096V low-drift 

reference and buffer, a temperature sensor, an optional single-pole filter, and a sequencer for continuous scanning of channels in sequence. It communicates via a simple 

SPI interface and is housed in a 20-pin LFCSP package, suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C 。

AD7699BCPZRL7 Features:

· 16-bit resolution with no loss of code.

· An 8-channel multiplexer with selectable inputs: unipolar single-ended, differential (using reference ground), or pseudo-bipolar.

· Throughput rate of 500 kSPS.

· Integral non-linearity (INL) of ±0.5 LSB typical, maximum ±1.5 LSB (±23 ppm or FSR).

· Dynamic range of 93.3 dB.

· Signal-to-noise and distortion ratio (SINAD) of 91.5 dB at 20 kHz.

· Total harmonic distortion (THD) of -97 dB at 20 kHz.

· Multiple reference source types, including an internal 4.096V reference, an external buffered reference up to 4.096V, and an external reference up to VDD.

· No pipeline delay with SAR architecture.

· Single power operation at 5V, with logic interface voltage from 1.8V to 5V.
