The ADP7118AUJZ-5.0-R7 is a CMOS, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator from Analog Devices Inc. It operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.7 V to 20 V and is
capable of delivering a maximum output current of 200 mA. This high input voltage LDO is suitable for regulating high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits
with an operating range of 1.2 V to 20 V. The device features an advanced proprietary architecture that provides high power supply rejection and low noise characteristics,
achieving excellent line and load transient response performance with only a single 2.2 μF small ceramic output capacitor.
ADP7118AUJZ-5.0-R7 Features:
· The ADP7118 offers 16 fixed output voltage options, with stock available for 1.2 V (adjustable), 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, 4.5 V, and 5.0 V versions.
· It also provides additional voltage versions upon special request, including 1.5 V, 1.85 V, 2.0 V, 2.2 V, 2.75 V, 2.8 V, 2.85 V, 3.8 V, 4.2 V, and 4.6 V.
· Each fixed output voltage can be adjusted above the initial set point through an external feedback divider, allowing the ADP7118 to provide output voltages from
1.2V to VIN − VDO, with high PSRR and low noise.
· The device supports user-programmable soft start via an external capacitor in LFCSP and SOIC packages.
· It comes in a compact 6-pin, 2 mm × 2 mm LFCSP package with excellent thermal performance, suitable for thin, small-sized applications requiring up to 200 mA
output current. The ADP7118 is also available in 5-pin TSOT and 8-pin SOIC packages.
