The ATXMEGA128A1U-AU is an 8/16-bit low-power, high-performance AVR® XMEGA® A1U microcontroller manufactured by Microchip Technology (formerly Atmel).
The ATXMEGA128A1U-AU features 128 KB of self-programmed Flash program memory, 8 KB boot code snippet, 8 KB SRAM, 2 KB EEPROM, and various integrated
peripherals. The ATXMEGA128A1U-AU operates at speeds up to 32 MIPS with a throughput of 32 MHz in a 100-pin TQFP package. The microcontroller is designed for a
variety of applications, including building and industrial control, motor control, board control and climate control, as well as handheld battery-powered applications and
factory automation.
