The LC4256V-75TN144I is belongs to the ispMACH® 4000V series. It consist of multiple 36-input, 16-macrocell Generic Logic Blocks (GLBs) interconnected by a Global Routing Pool (GRP), which contain 256 Macro cells and 96 I/O ports. The LC4256V-75TN144I are 3.3V/2.5V/1.8V in-system programmable through the IEEE Standard 1532 interface.
In addition, the power supply voltage of the device can run under the condition of 3V ~ 3.6V, but it is recommended to keep the device at 3.3V, so that the operation is more efficient and stable, to achieve high speed and low power consumption.
