The AT21CS01-STUM10-T is a 1-Kbit (128 x 8-bit) single-wire serial EEPROM manufactured by Microchip using an I2C protocol architecture that supports both standard 

speed (15.4 kbps) and high-speed (125 kbps) modes. It only needs two pins to operate: SI/O and GND. The SI/O signal is a combination of data and power lines that 

provide power to the device, using a parasitic power supply scheme. The AT21CS01-STUM10-T device consists of 128 words with 8 bits each and is optimized for use in consumer and 

industrial applications where reliable non-volatile storage is required. In addition, it has a 256-bit security register, including a unique 64-bit serial number.

AT21CS01-STUM10-T Features:
