The MP9943GQ-Z is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down switch-mode converter with integrated power MOSFETs. It is designed to provide a compact
solution for achieving a 3A peak output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range of 4V to 36V. The MP9943GQ-Z operates in
synchronous mode for higher efficiency across a range of output current loads and features a switching frequency of 410kHz. It includes full protection features such
as over-current protection and thermal shutdown, and is available in a space-saving QFN-8 (3mmx3mm) package.
MP9943GQ-Z Buck Switching Regulator IC Features:
