The MIMXRT1064CVL5B is equipped with a high-performance Arm Cortex-M7 core, capable of achieving 3020 CoreMark/1284 DMIPS at 600MHz. It features 1MB of on-chip flash memory and 1MB of SRAM, with up to 512KB configurable as TCM (Tightly Coupled Memory). The device is designed for real-time low latency response, with delays as low as 20ns. It also includes an integrated DC-DC converter to reduce dynamic power consumption. The MCU supports advanced multimedia capabilities suitable for GUI and enhanced HMI, including a 2D graphics acceleration engine, a parallel camera sensor interface, an LCD display controller capable of handling up to WXGA 1366x768 resolution, and three I²S interfaces for high-performance multi-channel audio. Additionally, it offers a rich set of external storage interface options, such as NAND, eMMC, QuadSPI NOR Flash, and Parallel NOR Flash. The device also provides wireless connectivity interfaces, supporting Wi-Fi®, Bluetooth®, Low Energy Bluetooth, ZigBee®, and Thread™.
