The FAN7391MX is a half-bridge gate driver chip produced by onsemi that is capable of driving high-speed MOSFETs and IGBTs for operating environments up to 600V. 

The chip has the following basic features: dual-channel drive configuration, capable of handling MOSFET and IGBT loads; The peak filling current and the peak pulling 

current both reached 4.5A. Supply voltage range is 10V to 20V; The ascending time is 25ns, and the descending time is 20ns. Operating temperature range is -40℃ to 

+150℃. The FAN7391MX is packaged in SOIC-14 and is lead-free.

FAN7391MX Features:

  • Supports bootstrap operations up to 600V.

  • Provides 4.5A/4.5A source/sink current drive capability.

  • With common mode dv/dt noise cancellation circuit.

  • Built-in undervoltage lock for both channels.

  • Advanced input filters available.

  • The propagation delay of the two channels matches.
