· High-Performance 3-Phase Gate Driver: Capable of driving power MOSFETs or IGBTs with a current capability of 600 mA (sink and source), ensuring efficient motor control.
· Embedded STM32F031C6 Microcontroller: Based on the 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ core with a clock frequency up to 48 MHz, featuring a 32 KB Flash memory and a 4 KB SRAM. The microcontroller supports field-oriented control, 6-step sensorless, and other advanced driving algorithms.
· Integrated Power Management: Includes an internal DC/DC buck converter to provide a 3.3 V supply for the MCU and external components, and an LDO for the gate drivers.
· Signal Conditioning: Equipped with operational amplifiers for signal conditioning of analog Hall-effect sensors and shunt resistor signals, and a comparator with · programmable threshold for overcurrent protection.
· Protection Features: Includes overtemperature, undervoltage lockout protections, and the ability to enter standby mode to reduce power consumption.
