Texas Instruments CY74FCT162245ATPVC is a 16-bit high-speed CMOS bus transceiver designed for bidirectional synchronous communication applications that require
high speed and low power consumption. The CY74FCT162245ATPVC offers a balanced output driver with 24mA of feed and pull current capability, capable of operating
at supply voltages from 4.5V to 5.5V. The chip is packaged in SSOP-48-6.1mm for surface mount technology and is capable of stable operation over the industrial
temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. In addition, it supports partial power off mode operation to further reduce power consumption.
