Texas Instruments CY74FCT162245ATPVC is a 16-bit high-speed CMOS bus transceiver designed for bidirectional synchronous communication applications that require 

high speed and low power consumption. The CY74FCT162245ATPVC offers a balanced output driver with 24mA of feed and pull current capability, capable of operating 

at supply voltages from 4.5V to 5.5V. The chip is packaged in SSOP-48-6.1mm for surface mount technology and is capable of stable operation over the industrial 

temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. In addition, it supports partial power off mode operation to further reduce power consumption.

CY74FCT162245ATPVC Features:

· Support partial power off mode operation, through the Ioff circuit to disable the output when the power is off, to prevent damage current through the devicebacktracking.

· Edge rate control circuit, significantly improved noise characteristics, typical output skew less than 250ps.

· ESD protection greater than 2000V.

· TSSOP (19.6-mil pitch) and SSOP (25-mil pitch) package options are available.

· The VCC supply voltage is 5V ±10%.

current-limiting resistors reduce the need for external termination resistors and provide minimal downkick and reduced ground bounce. In addition, the chip has a 

balanced output capability of 24mA, which helps reduce system switching noise. In terms of data flow direction control, the CY74FCT162245ATPVC is controlled through 

the DIR pin, and the output enables (OE) to transmit data at low power times and isolate the bus at high power times.
