The SN74LVC8T245DBR is an 8-bit dual-supply bus transceiver designed for bidirectional voltage level translation between different power supply rails.  It is capable of 

operating with supply voltages ranging from 1.65V to 5.5V, making it suitable for interfacing systems with different voltage levels such as 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V. The 

device features fully configurable dual-rail design, Ioff support for partial power-down mode, balanced high-drive CMOS push-pull outputs, and VCC isolation for safe 

operation when one supply rail is at GND.
