The Texas Instruments TPS65251RHAR is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter manufactured by Texas Instruments. The TPS65251RHAR integrates a power
management IC(PMU) with three wide input range synchronous buck converters. It supports input voltages from 4.5V to 18V and is capable of delivering sustained
load currents up to 3A. The chip is designed to simplify applications while allowing designers to optimize its use according to the target application. The TPS65251RHAR
has integrated power transistors and can use an external resistance divider to set the output voltage to any value between 0.8V and the input supply voltage value. The
buck switching regulator ic offers designers flexibility and efficiency through integrated power transistors and a wide input voltage range, making it ideal for applications
requiring high current and efficient synchronous buck conversions. The device is suitable for applications requiring high current output and high efficiency synchronous
buck conversion.
