ULN2803ADWR

The ULN2803ADWR is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It is designed for interfacing between low-level logic and high-voltage and high-current loads. With its 500 mA (600 mA peak) continuous collector current rating and 50 V output rating, the ULN2803ADWR is suitable for a wide range of applications including relays, solenoids, and stepper motors. This device features 8 NPN Darlington pairs with common emitters and clamp diodes for inductive loads. The ULN2803ADWR is also designed to be compatible with various logic families, including 5 V TTL, 5 V CMOS, and 12 V CMOS. It can be easily interfaced with microcontrollers and other digital control circuits. Furthermore, the ULN2803ADWR is housed in a surface-mount SOIC-18 package, making it suitable for compact and space-constrained designs.
